Thank you for ordering our gift baskets. Here are a few reminders concerning your orders.

 

Delivery Timeframe & Fees

  1. Baskets will be delivered starting November 15, 2020 onwards. Please select your preferred delivery date at the checkout form.
  2. Delivery time is not guaranteed. We will deliver from 8am to 7pm on your preferred delivery day.
  3. For special instructions regarding delivery, reach out to us via email in case you failed to indicate upon checkout. 
  4. You can order multiple baskets delivered to multiple recipients. If you are delivering to multiple recipients, please email us with their delivery details (name, address, contact number).
  5. If you want different baskets delivered at different dates, please contact us.
  6. Delivery is free as long as the basket amount reaches P1,800 and up. If basket amount is lower, we will charge flat fee of P200 per basket.
  • For example, order total is P2800 composed of 2 baskets worth P1800 and P1000. Delivery is free if delivering to one address. If delivering to 2 different address, the basket worth P1000 will be charged P200 delivery fee.

Payment

  1. Baskets must be paid 7 days before selected shipping date. Failure to remit payment will forfeit the reservation for the baskets.
  2. Payment methods accepted are Bank Deposits or Credit Card payments. CODs are not accepted.

Refunds / Cancellations / Order Modifications

  1. Cancellations are allowed 7 days before selected shipping date. Our customer service representative will remind you 10 days before your target shipment. Failure to communicate any changes or cancellations will consider the orders final.
  2. In case of cancellations within acceptable period, refunds will be processed via direct deposit to customer's nominated bank account. Please allow 5 banking days for us to do so.
  3. If you wish to change any portion of your order, please email querica.ph@gmail.com.
  4. For BYOB, our fulfillment team reserves the right to change the selected gift basket in case your selected items cannot fit.
