ORIGINS
Harvested by hand: the Pili Nut takes an incredible journey from Bicol Region, Philippines to the delicate pack you see today.
Photo: Pili Pushers
Grown wild in mineral-rich volcanic soil, the Pili tree thrives very well in weather conditions so unique, locals call it the "stress tree."
WATCH
Harvested by hand, each fruit is selected, washed, de-pulped and each nut is cracked open by a sharp bolo--a process known as "pagtitilad."
FINDING THE PERFECT NUT
The kernels are then soaked in water to soften its outer, woody skin. Each nut is carefully selected, after peeling, to find any imperfections.
MASTERFULLY FLAVORED
In our kitchen, the luxurious, decadent flavors come together thanks to French copperware. Each batch is made small, ensuring premium quality.
