We will offer refunds and/or replacement for products that do not meet your satisfaction. 

For cancellations, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been fulfilled by our 3rd party fulfillment center. Check our Shipping Policy for our Fulfillment schedule. If you wish to cancel, please send an email right away or reach us at our Facebook or Instagram @querica.ph.
